Store Policy, Terms and Conditions

Under Stadium Lights reserves the right to make changes to the website and its Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Each time you use this website, it is encouraged you visit and review the Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of this site.

Promo Codes, Vouches, Coupons and Discounts

Customers are allowed one Promo Code/Coupon/Voucher/Discount per order when specified criteria is met. If for any reason a Promo Code/Coupon/Voucher is used twice on an order, we will not be able to honor multiple Promo Code/Coupons/Vouchers and the lesser value discount will be removed from your order. Some specific marked items may not be eligible for Promo Code/Coupon/Voucher use. Promo Code/Coupons/Vouchers must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction, no exceptions. Promo Code/Coupons/Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase.

Order Acceptance/ Confirmation/ Limitations/ Limited Quantities

Under Stadium Lights may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. Restrictions may also include the following; orders placed by the same website account, the same PayPal account, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you through the email provided at the time the order was made. Should we cancel your order, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping/Shipping Charges

All orders will be processed/shipped within 24-32 hours following acceptance of payment. Tracking numbers will be provided to the email address attached to your order. Each order is packaged with extra care to ensure your order arrives securely.

Our website shipping calculator gives an estimated shipping cost. If for any reason the calculator does not yield a correct shipping cost, we will contact you with the correct shipping total prior to shipping your order. All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to the Under Stadium Lights shipping policy.

PWE (Plain White Envelope) shipping is now being offer at no cost for 1-2 cards. While viewing your cart, you should see a ship cost of $0.00 if your order qualifies for free PWE shipping. Should you choose this shipping option, your order will ship in a stamped plain white envelope. No tracking information is available for PWE shipping.

 

If you don't see a shipping cost of $0.00, that means your cart is over the limit to ship PWE for free (delete one or more cards from your cart to view the free PWE option). Only Base and Inserts (non-auto/relic) cards can ship PWE. All other products will ship in a bubble mailer/shipping box (with tracking).

Shipping delays

Shipping dates are only estimated. If the shipping address on the order we receive is incomplete, the estimated shipping date may be extended. Under Stadium Lights is not liable for late shipments due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the buyer. If necessary, we will reach out via email to request additional shipping information.

Paying for Your Order

Currently, we accept both Credit Card and PayPal. 

Return Policy

Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of collectible trading cards, all sales are final, and returns are not permitted. Only under certain circumstances will we consider return requests and these would be handled on a case by case basis and only if the product has NOT been opened and is in the original condition, we shipped it in. Restocking fees may apply on returned items. Any return request must be done within 48 hours of receipt of order. This 48-hour window will be determined by the order tracking number. Once your return request has been accepted by our Customer service team, you will have another 48 hours to return your item.

Damaged shipments

Should your shipment be damaged during shipping transit, contact the Under the Stadium customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of shipment BEFORE you open or alter it. Any order/shipments after this period will not be considered for a return. You must keep the shipping carton, shipping label, and all packing material - as all will be needed for inspection for shipping claim from shipping carrier.  You (the purchaser) would be required to email clear pictures of the outside of the packaging (all 4 sides of the shipping box). DO NOT OPEN the box. If the box was opened during transit, you will be required to email clear pictures of the product. DO NOT OPEN any product(s) inside the shipping box, or the return process will be voided. A return shipping label will be provided to the email on the original order. You will be required to repackage (or put the damaged box inside a new box) for shipping the order back to us.

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to ensure information on this website is complete, accurate, and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. For instance, products included on this website may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may carry a different price than that stated on this website. For this, prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Under Stadium Lights reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received. If your payment has already been processed for your purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment for the account charged. We will always reach out to you via email as communication and transparency are both equally important to our company’s values.

 

Regarding factory sealed product, all cards are randomly inserted across the production and are not guaranteed in any individual pack, box, or case. Often products may contain redemptions that expire after product release and/or reward points with or without an expiration that take the place of an autograph, memorabilia, or insert hit. These and all other contents and stated odds on factory sealed products are warranted by the respective manufacturer. Any issue with the contents of factory sealed packages are to be taken up with the respective manufacturer and not Under Stadium Lights.

Privacy policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and mailing address. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
